Close it—When all the angles of possibilities are evaluated, multiple perspectives explored, and trade-offs clarified than project manager makes the decision.

Commit to it—Once the decision is made, all the team members make a commitment towards the decision and its implementation.

Communicate it—Share the decision or reasoning throughout the team & organizational level to ensuring that the message is clear and consistent and cascades throughout the appropriate levels of the organization.
