Everything You Should Know About Your Sleep.

Image Credit Goes to Their Respective Owner

One work which we are doing every day i.e sleep. We require almost 6 hours to recharge ourselves for the next day.

As we all know sleep is one of the most important activities for good health. In that 6 hour duration, our body and head not relax, but also It does many important tasks like repairing our muscles, bone growth, manage hormones and sorting the memories, etc.

Our sleep works on one specific sort of sleep cycle. Each cycle takes 90min to complete.  In 7-8hours duration, 6 to 7 times our body experiences that specific type of sleep cycle.

Basically, there are two types of sleep.

1) REM: Rapid eye movement sleep

2) Non REM Sleep.

Stage 1:

Stage 1 starts with non-rem sleep. When we begin to sleep. It remains for a few minutes.

In this stage, our body starts relaxing. Our heartbeats become relax and alpha & theta waves generate in our brain.

Stage 2:

This stage also comes under non-rem sleep. In this stage, we start entering into a deep sleep. It lasts up to 25min to 30min.

In this stage, our body gets more relaxed. Heartbeat and breathing get slowed down. Production of alpha & theta waves spike up and our body temperature gets back to normal.

Stage 3:

The final stage of non-rem sleep. We are in the deepest stage of sleep.

In this stage repairing and maintenance work happens. Like tissue repair, strengthing of the immune system, cell regenerations, and other health-improving tasks happens in this stage.

Stage 4:

This stage is known as REM sleep. It is vice versa of non-rem sleep. Dreaming, sleepwalking, paralyzed state, etc happen in this stage. This stage lasts up to 10min to 60min.

In this stage eye movements happen rapidly, heart rate increases constantly. Unconscious brain activities begin in this stage.

 Important tip:

Sleep is a passive process. It plays an important role in body healing, memory consolidation, and segregation. But due to the consumption of alcohol, caffeine we disturb REM as well as non REM sleep.

As such, this article gives you a good overview of how our sleep cycle works throughout the night as well as what will happen if we consume caffeine and alcohol before going to bed.

3 Fundamental Reasons: Why We Hide the Truth or Prefer Half Truth.?

Image Credit Goes to Rights of their Owner

Image Credit Goes to Rights of their Owner

Since childhood, our parents, teachers and mentors taught us that “Always tell the truth, no matter how much bitter it might be”. It is because during childhood we could not understand the difference between right and wrong.

As we grew up and by experiencing, we all commonly found that telling truth is not always beneficial. We cannot get away when a difficult situation comes. Saying truth is not that much a big problem. Actually, the problem is saying little white truth or absence of key factors that are more poisonous than above. This fact we already know. Due to situational triggers, when and how factors force us to hide the truth. Due to this kind of shade of grey miscommunication, breakups and dysfunctional behaviour happen.

Here are 3 basic fundamental concerns why people hide the truth or say half-truth.

1)      To Protect self.

It’s a genuine thing that no one cannot be fully honest all the time. Because we will first take care of ourselves and then we will save others. It’s not selfish behaviour but it’s about caring for ourself, lives and career. As we all do mistakes and mischief. With the help of lying if we get out from that and saving our self-it’s good thing in this Iron Age. Because in such kind of situations speaking right, it's not a big challenge. But how the audience handles that truth or after saying truth he/she can handle the audience is the big challenge. So that is why people hide the truth or say half-truth. This is called as tactical speaking skills.

A person should not be too honest. Straight trees are cut first and honest people might get screwed first.

Chanakya

2)      Self-Image

It is a factor of perception. It's like how other people see you and feel about you. Those who have a good self-image in the market, those people are considered successful. To live happily in this world, self-image is very important.  To make a good image/ brand value in society, it requires concrete stand towards own principles & ethics, dedication and commitment towards committed words and clarity about the relationship. But in this iron age, it’s very difficult to manage all. So that is why people around us give importance to lying and believe in their own lie as strongly as they can.

3)      Success

To achieve success people can do anything. It’s a genuine thing. Because no one wants to see the face of failure. In this competitive world at every step, a competitor can knock you down at any time and any cost. To protect and save success, lying is part of that. Otherwise, someone will come and grab your opportunity from your hand. That’s why people take the support of false or prefer half-truth if there are prospects that she/he is getting big success after saying some few lying words.

Keep this thing in your mind

Earth is Round not only Geographically but also emotionally.

You’ll get that when the behaviour you do to others comes back to you anyhow.

How to Manage Your Financial Stress.?

Nowadays, money is one of the most important requirements of every human being. Everyone needs money for surviving and feeding their stomach. When you have enough money to fulfil your dreams, requirements, your need and wants till then it is good for you. But when you are unable to fulfil your requirement and want with available money then it becomes stressful situations for you.

However, at some point financial stress give you the motivation to earn more, increasing your efficiency. But if you start taking a lot of stress, it won't be beneficial for you.  Because it will lead you towards anger, feeling of nervousness, lack of energy. These symptoms devastate our central nervous system respiratory and muscular system. Our sexual and reproductive system also gets hampered because of stress. So,

How to overcome your financial stress and how to improve, resolve your financial stress.?

1) Jot Down All Damages in One Book.

In such kind of situation, you don't know where my money enters into my account and when and where it goes. In this, you jot down all situations like debt, borrower money, and name, etc jot down in a book. Afterwards, in another book, jot down credit & debit details. Then you scale all situations between 1 to 9 (1- Worst and 9- Very Good).  According to scale results, you manage your fund respectively. In such kind of situations, you always think emotionally but you have to think rationally through the mind, analyze your situation, prepare an executive plan and get out of the financial stress.

2) Monitoring Your Cash Flow

Check whether your money is going in the right way or not.? I mean, often it happens that you spend lots of money only on enjoyment, paying money for unnecessary services, blowing cash on uncertain leisures etc. Analyze your cash flow periodically (every 5 days) so you get an idea whether you are wasting your hard-earned money or not.?

3) Never Follow the Wrong Way

When you are in financial pressure, it often addicts a wrong way to earn more rather than working hard to earn. It will give you temporary relief from financial stress but later, it will create more problems than you can even assume in your dream. So,  keep believing yourself, your strong abilities, and work hard without thinking much about the pathetic path.

4) Share Your Situation with Trusted One

When you are in such kind of situation, try to share your situation with a close friend, spouse and family members like your mom, dad or elder brother/Sister. They can help you and give directions, how to get out of this situation.  Also whatsoever pressure came on your shoulders because of situations will be reduced by sharing your problem with your caring ones.

I hope you understand how to cope up with such kind of situations.

Why Brainstorming is More Productive then Meetings.?

To solve any problem, first, we conduct a meeting or brainstorming session with another concerned person. These are the two process which will help us to solve the problem and refresh our existing stored memory.
Lets first understand,

what is the difference between brainstorming and Meeting.
Brainstorming is a process in which, people gather together who already know the problem thoroughly and each of the chair members prepares their own solution. Finally, by brainstorming they design a new solution by hearing all the solution which resolve all the fine concerns of the problem.
Whereas,
The meeting is also a process in which people gather together and share the information and try to enrich the existing solution.
Both techniques help us to solve the problem. But one factor that creates a major difference i.e problem understanding. In both the techniques we sit for preparation before gathering. But, when we prepare for the brainstorming process, at that time we have a very fair idea about the problem and then we try to generate a solution for the problem. Whereas in a meeting, we just try to enrich the existing solution without considering other solutions, modification and judgements. Hence in meetings, we could not find an exact solution to the problem or if the solution comes that will not be up to the mark which tackles all minor concern of the problem. So,

Why brainstorming is much more effective than general meetings?

Because this process follows the basic five steps of problem-solving.
1) Thoroughly it defines the problem.
2) Generate an ample amount of solutions.
3) Evaluate solutions based on a fixed parameter related to the problem.
4) Pickup solution by considering, judging and analysing other solutions.
5) Insist us to make an execution plan.

In one line we can say,
A better question leads you a better answer.
Because when we are placing our attention on the problem, automatically our brain solves the problem. In the brainstorming process, each member tries to solve the problem intuitively which is remarkably more efficient than professional or casual meetings.
In meetings, attendee never tries to follow problem-solving stages. They start conquering problem by improving the existing solution. Brainstorming process sounds good because of attendee conquering problem stagewise

Conclusion
If you define the problem correctly, you almost have the solution

Why it's so Hard to Follow Your Passion.?

"If you can't figure out your purpose, figure out your passion. Passion will lead you towards the right purpose."

BISHOP. T.D. JACKS.

Many times your parents, mentors, teachers and well-wishers always say that "Always follow your passion rather than others opinions." Deloitte did one survey entitled as work-passion survey According to that survey only 20% of people in the US follow their passion.  Also, they said that those who are not believing in passion, they are less interested to explore the new era of the world. For them, it's very difficult to pursue new things in their life. But in trying new things, people forget what is passion and how to pursue it.

Here are,

3 main reasons Why People  Fail to Pursue Their Passion.

1) Stop Discovering New Things, First Do Assigned Work.

One misinterpretation is that passion is not an innate ability. Passion comes from discovering your ability. By doing hard work, by completing the assigned job only you can identify your ability and skills. But, by discovering new things, changing job,  work won't help you in identifying passion. Because passion is also switched by changing a job or work. Fact about discovering passion is, to do work or complete a job with full attention, skills and a high amount of confidence. So that your assumptions, knowledge will be challenged by obstacles. By facing and solving obstacles you can only find your ability and then passion.

2) Passion is about care and not for Joy.

Passion means joy and fun about work. This is one common believe most of us have in mind. But passion is not about what you love, it's about what you care. Focusing on what you love that gives you happiness and joy but, focusing on what you care that gives you a feeling of passion as well as give feeling to do something unique in that job.

3) It's About to Hardship

Following passion means sticking with your goals, facing adversity and becoming the best performers. Believe in your hardship, keep going and try to face as much as adversity as you can. Those who are following passion only for the joy they are less likely to succeed after some months down the line.

Conclusion

Finding a passion is not an easy task. People take years of years to find out. Some may find out easily or some may not find till die. So my opinion is to do work, face obstacles and live life with brave heart and dignity.

"Follow your passion, be prepared to work hard and sacrifice above all, don't let anyone limit your dreams."

Appropriate Way to Give Feedback and Encourage the People.

Little Things You Know but Never Try to Apply.

In today's time, People doesn't know how to give feedback. They always give feedback in the form of criticism. Because of this definition of feedback has now changed to criticism. Now it has become a trend, if you take the feedback you will always criticise. People always criticise each other unnecessarily. Especially when it comes to creative ideas & innovation. As a results criticism kill our creativity and enthusiasm about work.
As we know in the brainstorming sessions, group discussions and meetings people defer the judgment and always try to find out flaws at any points. Sometimes it happens that people first deeply criticise the idea but then they give supportive and negative suggestion to improve that idea. In this way, the first try to kill the idea and then they try to support the idea.
This is not the appropriate approach to encourage and decline the people innovation and creativity. Every innovation, creative ideas have their unique flaws. History says without criticism people won't get success.
There are some smart ways to criticise the idea/innovation in a positive manner. So that inventor knows his mistake and tries to come up with the different prospects. So,

Here are the Appropriate Ways to Decline or Appreciate the Idea or Creativity.

1) Yes, But

Ex. Yes, your idea is appreciable but...
As you can feel this approach always criticising people innovation, idea and feeling. Especially those who are inventors who dive into unexplored space. Because of the negative approach towards the idea, the great innovation gets killed.

2) Yes, and

Ex. Yes, your idea is appreciable and... you can also add this modification so that your idea would be better.
As you can feel, this synchronism gives a feeling of possessiveness. Also, create a notion of building ideas. With a positive feeling, your colleague understands their mistake and try to perceive the new proposal.

3) Yes but, and

This is a little more diplomatic approach. Because this combination includes positive criticism. In that, you first to speak out flaws in the idea and then suggest a possible way to overcome or avoid the flaws.
As per my knowledge, synchronism 3 is ideal for every situation situations. Because it will create real progress. Team or member can see both positive and negative components of their idea.
Following are do's and don'ts before approaching any idea and creative invention.
1)  When you have approached any idea, don't simply deny their idea. First, explain the weakness and proposed some improvement techniques to make it worthy
2)  Use appropriate synchronism when you don't understand the idea.

Humiliation Of Rights To Live:- Conflict Between Human And Animals.

Over the last three years, there are the conflicts increases between humans and animals. Sometimes humans meddling animal's life and sometimes animals decimate human lives. In India, around 78000 human-wildlife cases are lodged after the year 2012 to till now. Most of the cases are from Karnataka followed by Maharashtra and Madyapradesh. Every day in the newspaper we definitely get some news on this conflict sometimes it comes in headlines of some it comes in a footnote. Every country has their own fundamental rights for civilians as well as animals. But in India animals could not have their rights live. One hand government advertise save tigers whereas other hands state like Maharashtra, Odisha tries to lash out the tigers because they are man-eaters also to mitigate this issue some NTCA National Tiger Conservation Authority came up with stereotypes ideas that are to control over the population of animals like monkeys, wild boars and nilgai.

Statistics Over Conflict.

According to data from the Union Environment Ministry, From 23 state UEM, recorded that more than 1600 humans were lashed out in the year between 2013 and 2017. This figure includes only attacks by tigers, leopards, bears and elephants. Now the state, as well as central government, doesn't have compiled data on how many animals lash out by humans

Reason Behind Conflict.

Experts said that because of increasing habitat loss and fragmentation of habitats affect the living standard of animals, as well as humans,  try to decimate the lives of animals by hunting these are some prominent reason behind this tussle between humans and animals.

Recent Conflicts Between Humans and Animals

Recently many cases have been lodged about animals coming out from their habitats like in Gujarat leopard enters in the village, In Bengal, elephants came out from their habitats, In Gurugram (Delhi)  leopard have been found in golf course and leopard died when it was found because it was beaten by the public. Above examples in which animals meddling the human lives but actually humans decimating the animal's lives. Recently in one case happened in that six people killed one tigress by crushed under the tractor another one is a controversial case of killing six years old tigress Avni by the son of government.

Ground Reality

Indian wildlife biologist experts said that India is not actively ready to solve the conflict between animals and humans. In such type of cases, the Indian government always take camouflage action. Such cases reactive action plan never work whereas foreigner always takes proactive action against such types of cases. In India, only 5% area is protected for the development of wildlife. Because of that stranded animals wants a despotic life that why they came out from their 5% habitats and enters the human habitats. Indeed, no one knows the magnitude of this conflict also in these types of conflict people taking advantage of government schemes. As per Indian Compensation Act if any death human death occurs due to animal conflict government will give primitive amount 2.5 lakh.
On this planet, humans are more intelligent then other animals. We have to stop humiliating wildlife accompanied we have to take retaliated action on inextricably hunting.

Case of Collapsing of Lehman Brothers and Their Impact on Other Financial Institutes.

Lehman Brothers (LB), established in 1850, a prominent investment bank which came to become the largest underwriter of US mortgage bonds. In investment banking services they were buying and selling US treasuries. During that time only 18 financial institutes were there and they came under the Federal Reverse Bank of New York. Since after the great depression in the year 1930 US faced second largest depression called as "GREAT ECONOMIC RECESSION". It was the longest recession which started in December 2007 and ended in June 2009. In great recession, an international market, as well as a domestic market were fully rattled. In the construction sector, the real estate market was fully teased by a great recession. Lots of financial markets like the Federal Institutions, the Federal Hom
e Mortgage Corporation, Bear Stearns, American International Group etc.were fully decimated by the Great Recession. That time Federal Reverse Bank an act as custodian and tried to protect the financial institutions from the effect of the great recession. But LB  was safe before filing the case of bankruptcy. The reason behind for bankruptcy was rehypothecation of assets of their hedge. They utilized that money for their prime brokerage services. In addition to that bank lending the funds during the financial crisis.

This was a tough situation so that the  Timothy Geithner president of Federal Reserve Bank called a meeting on the evening of Friday, 12 September 2008. In that meeting chairman of all big financial institute were present to decide what to do with LB.??. But no one was ready to take responsibility of LB because they did the statistical calculation before investing money in LB they did not find possibility returns from LB. KDB financial institute was ready before the hypothetical test (Statistical method) but after the test, they denied investing in LB.

Before failure of LB, there was one big financial institution named as  Long Term Capital Management (LTCM) had nearly decimated in the year 1998 because of Russian Economic Crisis The institute was well known for its massive wagers based on arbitrage. LTCM fully stranded in 1998 and custodians by another financial institute such as Chase, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan etc and all. This case was predominantly discussed in the meeting held on Friday, 15 September 2008. During the Great Economic Recession, both LB and LTCM react sharply because they affected a lot, as well as they,  did not get help from another financial institution. As a result, LB faced $200billion drown in the first quarter. Their primary dealers, stakeholders, saving and loans accounts, brokerage firms approximately decline by 3%. In subsequent quarters the loss was increased by $3.9billion and primary dealers, stakeholders, saving and loans accounts, brokerage firms also approximately decline by 4.5% in subsequent quarters and finally September 15, 2008, LB vanished from the market. In this recession period, the big financial institutions affect a lot rather than the smaller financial institute.

5 Basic Points Before Making Any Financial Plan.

Hello people, Today I am going to share the five basic rules that help to make your financial plan which is very essential to understand. Always we forget or we neglect basic rules of any work. If you follow these rules to prepare for investment plan or something like that then you never get a face of failure.

5 Basic Rules of Financial Planning

Rule no:- 1 Manage Your Income.

For businessman and service class person everyone has some fixed amount that amount we need to manage. Our grandparents always told us to manage your money means some amount you should keep for medical, some money you keep in banks or invest somewhere who is secure. Manage your income means 60% or 70% income you should save but from whole income at least you should save 40% and other income used to run your life. Saving is a good thing but stays hungry and save money that is ridiculous. Manage your cash flow keep your cash flow rationally or take a guide from grandparents or person who really trustworthy.

Rule no:- 2 To Meet Your Goals.

Everyone has one dream in the future he would purchase one big house in which has riverfront with a beautiful garden and all. How it will fulfil..?? It fulfils by setting a goal. Asked your self what is your goal why you are making money. How much time you're why is strong that much amount of money you can easily earn and reach towards your goal. Make your investment or financial plan according to your goal and the main aspect is in how much time you are going to achieve your goal.

Rule no:-3  Control on Spending.

To achieve something you need to sacrifice something. If you want to meet your goal as soon as possible you need to control your spending. Control on spending which means regulate your uncertain expenses ex. If you are going office by taxi rather then use a bus or other mode of public transport. In this rule every week, end of the month you monitor your spending and how much you save in a particular month and compare with the previous month so you get the fair idea how much you require to meet your goal.

Rule no:- 4 Building Wealth.

Nowadays we can't accomplish your goals with our monthly income or profit earned in our business. The reason is simple our fixed expenditure because of that we save less and a great amount of time required to meet our goals henceforth build your wealth. but how...??. Our grandparents gave sermons that "sea filled with accumulating the drops of water" mean that save every single paisa save it---- invest it-- from investment earn interest--- again add interest with main capital again you do investment by this way you build your wealth simultaneously you manage your cash flow.

Rule no:- 5 Less Stress.

Stress is a major problem while doing financial planning. Yes, it is true that we don't want to invest our hard earn money in a fraudulent scheme but taking care, be aware, read the privacy policy, public reviews etc such major steps we can take to protect our money. Tension, Stress won't meet up with your goals but you have to take a risk with less possibility of chances of failure.

This is some rules which I want to share with you guys. Please share this article with your colleagues, draw choirs in the comment section I will try to resolve.

Trade War Between US and China And Their Effects On India.

What is Trade War?

It is a situation when countries restrict each other's trades by imposing tariff or quota on tariff

When was it start?

Since last eight months trade war is going between the US and China. First time in January 2018, the president of US Donald Trump increased the tariff by 25% on a solar panel which was imported from China
There many several reasons as well as factors behind this trade war.
  1. In past, China had done some fraudulent practices which were related to hidden subsidies, manipulation in currencies and technological theft.
  2. In past, Beijing had put a restriction on US investment in China.
  3. Beijing had also Exploited the WTO global trade framework.

What is happening between the US and China.?

In the month of July, the trade war was more effective when Trump introduced additional 25% import duties on various products which were coming from different countries. This was actually reprimanded from Trump to China because every year in this period (In July month) China nearly earn US$ 34Billion from the US by trading. However, because of changes in US tariff policy which reduced the earning up to US$ 16 Billion. Hence China has applied the same tariff policy on import of US products. Also in the month of August again Trump reprimanded to China indirectly by imposing 25% tariff on steel and 10% tariff on aluminium which is coming from all countries, except Mexico and Canada.
This is how economic and trade rhetoric Donald Trump has reprimanded China by overturning US trade policy.

The strategy of China against US reprimand.

The strategy is very simple they have liberalized the trading regime with other countries and start taking retaliatory steps against the US by imposing 25% tariff on soybeans, heavy-duty large-size vehicles as well as motorcycle.

Impact on India

  1. Demand and Supply of raw materials or furnished material get affected by tariff policies.
  2. Value of rupee inflated by a trade war.
  3. Export of steel and aluminium to the US is only 1.6% and 2.2% whereas India import 17.1% steel from the US.
  4. Indian firms would get a very good opportunity to fill gaps in chinses demand. ex Drug sector
  5. India may get another source to get crude oil at a low price because China has another source such as West Africa where they get the same quality of fuel and US would lose its big customer.
  6. India has a good opportunity to choose his customer to sell a commodity because of India competitive in textile, garments, and jewellery segment.

Each day in one of the corners of a newspaper or sometimes the headline of a newspaper is X amount of children or families die because of drought hunger or starvation. Starvation and hunger problem also affect our GDP growth. I had read one article in which because of starvation, hunger and malnutrition our GDP growth fall down by 2% to 3%.

Really Enough Food is Available in India Which is Popularly Known as Agrarian Country...?

If we take the case of an agrarian country India, the ground reality is totally different from what the government actually saying on media.

Recently one case happened in Delhi (the capital of India), three people died because of starvation. Actually, they were from West Bengal and they were a migrated to Delhi to feed their stomach but they didn't get a job unfortunately they died. When bodies went for postmortem there was no single trace of food. This is only one case there are so many cases happened every day.

This is not good for India where our economy ranked at level 6th and known as an agrarian country in the whole globe.

In India national demographic parties fight for election every day, discuss critical issues in Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha but no one bothers about this case. If anyone raises the issue on this topic he/she face would the political posture.

Every day 3000 children die from malnutrition and 19 crore people sleep with an empty stomach. Even though the government has started a campaign for a poor person as well as children's get food which consists of all nutrition as well as micro nutritions like Iron, Iodine, Vitamine A and many more.

The reality of India behind the scarcity of food is "disconnection between a high level of growth and human development". If we take statistical of GHI (Global Human Index) is 100 out of 119. GHI actually shows how many levels of hunger in that particular country. India far away from other countries. In India lots of food assistance are available.35million people in India relaid on food assistance services and but still children suffering from malnutrition.
Some statistical facts which I got from a local magazine was that
  • Around 14.5% of the total population of India has undernourished
  • 190.7 million people go hungry every day
  • 21.5% of children under 5 are underweight
  • 1in4 children malnourished
Now, this is a hunger map which shows that level of hunger in each country.

Why In India Lower Cast People Can't Be A Priests and Why Can't Do Worships Inside The Temple...???

Priests with lower cast people
India is the only country where people live freely follow any religions, freely go to any temple but nowadays many offences happen with lower cast people is that they can't do worship inside the temple, Lady can't enter a particular temple as per religion set by elders and such stigma down the moral value of Indians.

Why Lower Cast People Discriminate by Upper Class.?

Lots of diversification, cast, religion issues happening in India, National political parties start gathering votes by creating an issue on cast and religion bases. The priests who belonging to Brahmins (upper-class people) cast they think they only one can touch the statue of god or goddess. Brahmins are catering from high cast people so they can't allow the local people or whosoever belonging from lower cast to enter into the temple.

One case happened in Uttarakhand, lower cast people reached the temple but the guard of the temple didn't give an entry to do worships. In Uttarakhand, some people barred who were priests in some temple and they were put restriction lower cast people to do worship and put a restriction on entering a temple. The reason behind was that they are not belonging to the Brahmins. In India, people think that a person who is Brahmins they can be only priests because such people are well qualified as well as well known from Indian religious ceremonies whereas lower cast people can't.

My perspective
What is the mean of lower cast..?? they are also taxpayer they have the same equal rights in the Indian constitution. Then, who will give Justice to such people..??
The answer is the Supreme Court

SC said that everyone has equal rights to follow a particular god or goddess. They have their own rights to do worships, to celebrate their own religious ceremonies.

Every Indian has equal rights on a constitution same way everyone has equal rights on god and goddess. By saying, you can't follow this that god or goddess then it is a social stigma of us.
SC always court tries to maintain Indian 's dignity, human rights of the person otherwise India would be the crappy place of the universe where people get justice base on cast and religions.

Now SC has circulated a petition that Brahmins now can teach or guide lower cast people and appoint as priests. So we have to stop diversifying people with cast, religion. We all are the same as each human has the same number of body parts, body shape and at the end, we all would die in the same manner.

The primary aim of starting post service was to provide financial inclusion.

( Financial inclusion means collecting all individuals who are in a remote rural area to a well functioning financial service). Financial inclusion plays an important role in the growth of the country. Financial inclusion which provides financial services which allow maximum investment in business opportunities, education, save for retirement, insurance against risks, etc. by the rural individuals and firms. In India, the basic concept of financial inclusion is having a saving or current account with any bank. In reality, it includes loans, insurance services and much more. In advanced economies, financial inclusion is more about the knowledge of fair and transparent financial service.

There are several factors affecting the financial inclusion service provided by post such as

  •  weaker sections of society in India.
  •  Lack of awareness of
  • low incomes and assets
  • social exclusion
  • illiteracy are the barriers from the demand side
  • banking procedure
  • the requirement of documents for opening bank account suitable banking products/schemes
  • language barriers
  • high transaction costs and attitudes of bank officials are the barriers from the supply side.
Multiple initiatives had undertaken by both GOI and the RBI to tackle the problem related to financial services. Many of these initiatives were entirely new schemes with little thought about synergy with other schemes existing in the system.

Problems and challenges in Indian Post:

1)Lack of Basic Infrastructure:

The post offices in India, especially post offices in rural areas which play an important role in providing financial services in rural areas are not equipped with basic infrastructure. In most of the post offices, even a proper sitting arrangement for staff as well for the customer is not available.

2) Fewer Numbers of Staff:

There is a crunch of manpower in the post offices. It is observed that most of the post offices are run by one or two persons and need to do all sorts of work which has a very adverse effect on performance and output.

3) Lack of Coordination:

There are many examples in foreign countries where post offices are doing tremendous work for financial inclusion in coordination with other departments. But, till today Indian post keep itself away from other sister organization or other organization also not seeking coordination of Indian post in
providing financial services.

4)Slow Progress of Innovation:

To cope with the fast changing environment Indian post also need to be catching the new invention and technology timely. The Indian post still following the age-old practices of working, though it bringing some innovation recently bat in a very slow speed. Out of total post offices, only25464 post offices are computerized till 2011-12.

5)Abstain From Landing:

Providing loan is one of the major aspects of financial inclusion but Indian post is not till today taking it as a part of its business which has narrowed down its operation.

Indian post is playing a very important role in financial inclusion but it can play a much better role

if it can overcome the above problems:

  • Indian Post should tie-up with Banks to utilize their extensive network by setting up small banking counters at each of their post offices, especially rural branches.
  • The government-owned post offices have sufficient space in the post offices to set up such a counter with a computer and printer, to be operated by a commercial bank employee.
Thus the post offices and their capabilities can work as an alternative banking solution for the better improvement of financial inclusion.
