Have you ever work with people who are not as good as their position in the organization..?
If yes...One questions definitely arise in your mind that is, how this incompetent person become a leader of my team/project/operations.
This scenario is common for every workplace. Because they are thinking that, I am better than others. But the reality is, they ain't.
When an incompetent person become a leader, whether in business, politics, education, operation, projects, the pillion members always feel an unfavourable attitude, low level of trust, high level of burnout, less engagement, and less productivity.

When you search on google/being/yahoo my boss or my manager you will get toxic, abusive, and bossy relative articles.
So Here are Some Common Reasons How Incompetent Person Become a Leaders
1) Try to Showcase High Level of Confidence
This is a normal tendency across all the countries & cultures i.e those who have the confidence that a person always is the leader. The ability, talent, and competence evaluation happen in a later stage.
Such leaders have less knowledge but try to showcase more. These people are doing something but with a great amount of confidence they portray something which they want to portray.
2) Try to Showcase having Charming, Entertaining & Jolly Attitude.
If the leader is charming, entertaining, humble that is good. Often people would like to work under such kind of leadership. But a leader must be assertive nature to lead the team and hold disciplinary control over the team.
There is a huge difference between an effective leader and a comedian leader. When stress, work pressure, deadlines, etc such situations always demand an effective leadership style, not a comedian leadership.
3) Try to Showcase I am More Smarter than Him/Her (Narcissism mindset).
Narcissism mindset means a person who thinks only about themselves. Love themselves no cares, feeling about others. For some work, if they get appreciation means they think they are great in all the work.
They never think about their limitations, people who work under them, people's feedback, and suggestions.
Narcissism mindset leaders need only sympathy, love, and positive; yes sir, you are great, I agreed with you such kind of words they like.
These are some common facts about how incompetent a person becomes a leader by showcasing good knowledge with a positive attitude with a great personality.
Actually, they ain't.
