In any organisation at any post, you have to chair with your managers, colleagues and peers for progression of projects, obstacles and discussion of upcoming tasks.

In the meeting, everybody has to give his/her opinion to sort out the obstacles. Often it happens with every good employee that, s/he has a good idea for a product, process,  policy, technology & services or related to projects eventually ally that idea rejected by investors, bankers and neutralised by criticism. Next meeting when someone sells your idea with minor modifications and get the appreciation that's when you feel the ground slipping under one's feet.

1) Listen Carefully

Whenever you chair with managers, a client that time you actively listen and gather as much information as you can. Integrate all the information and develop an execution plan. It should cover all the perspective of client requirement or manager requirements.

2) Do Homework Before Chair

Always make habit of homework before execution anything. If you are going to a meeting or you are presenting your idea in front of the client, before that just you need to do homework about client information, project information, try to refurbish your presentation, customize your speaking and message that you are going to present in front of the client. Likewise, do the necessary homework before meet or execution of work

3) One on One Meet.

Before the presentation or day before the presentation gives brief about your idea to your superiors through WhatsApp or email. So that they get a general idea about what you are thinking and about your presentation. If possible do a personal meeting with your czars and give a personal briefing about presentation so this will help you during a meeting and this will be your guard from idea stealers.

4) Take the Critics Privately

As I told you before one on one meeting is very important. In that, you meet with your superiors personally and discuss your idea so that before meeting you get all opinions of your superiors before the meeting. But if you won't do a meeting with your superior and you directly present your idea in the meeting, you may get negative feedback. Because of one or two loud voice from superiors, your idea will be rejected in the meeting.
In meeting much time its happen, your colleague or superiors turning into your mobs. To avoid such situation do one on one meeting and take critics privately before the meeting and prepare well before meeting

5) Be specific

When you are presenting your idea always stick with your idea and give specific and point to point justification about your ideas. Don't bluff if you don't know.

6) Voice Modulation

Make sure that your voice thought your presentation should be the same. But when you explain tour golden slide like an advantage that time pitch of your voice should be high and speed must be slow.
