What Are The Energy Reservoirs Inside Our Body?


In Hindu Ved and Puran, it is written that human can upkeep their body for 10days without water and without any food.

 It because of the energy reservoir inside our body. The reservoirs are


  1. The body gives physical energy
  2. Emotion decide the quality of energy
  3. The mind helps to stay focus on the goal
  4. Human Spirit gives the energy of encouragement to above three reservoirs.

Body:- (Physical energy)
From the body, we get physical energy for the daily run. Physical energy provides for all the requirement of each component of the body.  Likewise, to our mind, Manages our emotions, Focus, Attention, Decision-making abilities, sharpness, consistency & accuracy in work etc. We can also call that primary reservoir of energy.

Each and everyone has some kind of abilities and capabilities and such abilities require lots of energy. If our body drains out and tired we cannot focus on our work. It means that the body needs a small break or a small nap to rejuvenate the reservoir inside our body.

We keep trying to stay healthy and fit as long as we can for that, we regularly exercise, follow the rituals like yoga, daily worship etc.., have green smoothies, healthy breakfast, enough sleep etc. Such kind of compassion helps our body to stay fit and energetic throughout a day. If we disturb our healthy lifestyle then life will play misery with us.

Emotion:- ( Quality of Energy)
From the body, we get only energy. But our emotion decides whether our energy has positive symptoms or negative symptoms. Our emotions decide whether we are confident, anxious, irritable, impatient or insecure.

A most powerful way to improve the quality of energy or confronted with negative emotion is that exhaling and inhaling the breath for 5min. It gives emotional stability as well as it recharges our focus and sharpness ability.

Mind:- (Focus Energy)
As we all know our mind has the nickname of "monkey". It is easily distracted by anything especially through mobile notifications, emails, social media and mobile ringtones. As a monkey moves from one branch to another branch of the tree, the same is our focus. It moves from one to another. As per the research, humans can focus only up to 60min to 90min afterwards they need a break. To Stabilize the mind make some own rituals and you have to adhere it every single day without any excuses,
1)  I will check mail from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
2) During important work, I will not touch my phone.
3) Make your own timeboxing etc.
Likewise, you can manage and control your mind to stay in one place.

4) Human Spirit
It is the main, veritable, valuable and astonishing source of energy. With this source of energy, a human can reach anywhere in the world.  With the spirit, a human can easily achieve their desire, high demands although consist of a high level of obstacles. Because of the human spirit activates through an emotion, concentration power, desire to achieve something and power of courage.

The human spirit is the secret source of energy just we need to open the gate of the reservoir. The best examples are ancestors, priest, monk, naga sadhu they survive 30 to 35 days without any food and water.

These are the four sources of energy which help us to stay active throughout the day just we need to take care of the sources or rejuvenates by a healthy lifestyle.
