How To Energize Your Daily Routine.?

When your age is between 30 to 40 year, you have to manage your personal as well as professional life.  With that, you have to manage your children education, their and your personal life, with exhausted office hours. It is very difficult to engage with all the activities. Most of us spend 75% of the total duration only in the office which leads to physical and mental diseases. Indeed, our emotional stability also oscillates because of long working hours. In Indian working culture, people push themselves till breaking point of their efficiency.
We learn in school that
Work done:- Time×Energy(power)
In that time is constant. Each one of us has 24hours. But, the amount of energy varies as person to person.

There are four hubs from where a human get the energy to do something

1) Body
2) Emotion
3) Mind
4) Spirit
From these hubs human recharge themselves for upcoming challenges.
Now one question might arise in your mind that, after energy drains out, from How do these hubs rejuvenate the energy.
Energy rejuvenates by the rituals and habits followed by you. Rituals and Habit is the process of repetition which directly affect your physical, biological and social mechanisms. This mechanism affects on your personality and that convert you from I-mode to WE-mode. Actually, the effect of the following rituals is sometimes tangible and sometimes intangible. This can help to transform your bad habits into good habits. You feel excited and motivated during your office hours. In Indian culture rituals and habits play a vital role during morning hours and evening hours. In morning hours they follow their day with yoga, morning refreshments (bath), daily worship and tea. This thing keeps them fresh and active throughout his day. In evening hours followed by a cool bath and evening warship before dinner. These things help a person to manage work-life routine and make him perfect in all four domains of life. With this, you can manage to connect with your spouse and children after office hours with cherishing mood.
Thank You.
