5 Ultra Way To Improve Your Focus.


Focus means giving your attention to something. A study was done by hbrascend.org. the topic was "how much time an average worker stay focus during his work" in that they narrate that every office worker is interrupted on an average of 13min. In such kind of environment, it is not astonishing to get the things done from others. constant distraction makes it hard to focus on work. Then,

How to stretch your focus span so that you become mentally fit and improve your work performance.?

These are the five ultra rules which help you to improve your focus

  1. F:- Five more times
  2. O:- Offset the uncertainty for multitasking
  3. C:- Conquer the procrastination
  4. U:- Use hand as blinkers to stop distraction
  5. S:-See your subordinates as a first time

F:- Five more times

When you feel frustrated and your mind gives you a message like " I quit, no more, can't do it etc.." that time you tell your mind that five more.

As an illustration, You are writing and reading mail and you feel frustrated and feel like quitting that time you compel yourself and inwardly you speak I will write five more emails or  I will read and reply five more emails likewise you push your self.

This is five more times. Most of the time it is used by athletes. They push their self until and unless they reach the breaking point of their endurance.

Try to make habit of five more times try to focus on your work.

O:- Offset the uncertainty from multitasking

When you are lineup with multiple projects that time you trying to store all the information in your infinite hard drive mean forehead. For a short period of time, you can easily remember all data and information but when subordinates of the different project try to reach you for a problem that time you confuse or unable to give the correct solution of a problem. What is the solution..??
The answer is:- Dairy

Why should we remember all the data when we have a book and a pen. Jot down all the data or segregate the data according to projects. If you update the dairy regularly updated then it is easy for you to give a solution to your subordinates when they have a problem.  No need to remember the data and also fewer chances of uncertainty in multitasking.

C:- Conquer the procrastination

When you feel tired, feel quitting and bored with a routine at that time you start procrastinate your important work and not giving enough amount of focus on work whatsoever you are doing.
At that point in time, you have to push your self as I wrote in in point 1. Start asking question inwardly in your mind like,
  • Do I have to procrastinate my work.?
  • How many time I will procrastinate my work.??
  • Is it correct for my carrier..?
  • I don't want do this-this will affect my carrier and so on my personal life as well as dangerous for my family future.
Likewise, you start asking question inwardly to yourself and stop procrastinating your important work.

U:- Use hands as blinkers to stop distraction

When you feel I need full concentration and extreme focus power of mine that time place your both hands on each side of your eyes as shown in the picture.
Which would create a tunnel vision and narrow your focus so that you will distract less and easily concentrate and focus on your work

S:- See your subordinates as a first time

As leaders or manager of projector operation, that time many thoughts linger in your mind. At that time you can not give your full attention to your subordinates or peers. Which leads to the decimation of relationships as well as work. To stop this always entertain your subordinates after 2min when he reaches you. Because of this you can easily and clammily listen and understand his problem and according to that, you can give your opinion.
