Nowadays, corporate people are fully distracted by their routine activities. As per the report, people in the corporate world get distracted after every 7min. Eventually, they cannot give proper attention to their work as well as productivity decreases.

By this way, the mind will be less distracted by phones, emails and social media notification. Otherwise, the mind will be busy and distracted by such kind of activity. So, the habit of taking control of self as well as the mind will develop.
