As we know reading is a key to success. The mega-rich person like Bill Gates, Elon Musks spends an extraordinary amount of their time on reading. Elon Musk didn't have any knowledge or formal training of rocket science but by reading he opened his proprietary venture Space X.
Science has proven that reading reduces our stress, increases focus and concentration ability and improve our short term as well as long term memory. Means, its all about building muscular power of the brain.

As we know today's world, time is money we also don't have enough time for self cares. So, it's hard to manage time for reading. Because reading a book is a time-consuming task. Also, this task needs a lot of focus and a quiet mind. So,

How Can You Manage Your Time For Reading, being a Busy Adult..?

1)It's Okay to be Quiet

Don't waste your time if not enjoy the book. Don't feel guilty that you start a book but unable to complete. If you are spending time just to complete a book, indirectly you are wasting your time. So when you feel that the book is boring, feel free to quit and start with a new interesting book.

2) Find Minutes from a Day

Try to give hours to reading. Like in the office you can finish your lunch within 15-20min and you can utilize the remaining time to reading. You can also read during travelling. So in this way according to situations, you can find some minutes for reading. Because of this, you will feel good and connect with your book every day.

3) Avoid Your Cell Phone While Reading

We have a habit that every 5-6min, we check our Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook. It is necessary to stop this habit while reading. Keep yourself away from your cell phones. For that I have solutions, (Usually, I prefer while reading)
Use a stopwatch and set a time of 2 hours and lock the cell phone inside the wall drop. This 2-hours will only for reading. Instruct to any family member that doesn't disturb me for a 2hour as you will be doing assignment and don't even call for any work. Likewise, read a  book every day for 2hour.

4) Consistency.

To accomplish any task you need to consistent about that task. Every single day you must have to spend some time on that task. So that you connect with task and eventually automatically find sometimes for that task.
