What To Do During Competitive Scenario Where One of You Stand To Win While the Other Stand to Lose


After leaving high school or after graduation we always missed our friends and peers. Coincidently, if we meet our friends at the worksite or office a voluntarily smile comes on our face without any hostility. We lunge with full of happiness and vociferously we give a hug to him/her. Small research was done by Ms Julianna and Mr Rothbard, they figure out that "It would be the lucrative solution if you keep two friends at the same worksite to improve productivity and efficiency your project". But the coin has two sides. At the same time, an imbroglio situation happens between them because of promotion, salary, inequality of work etc.
Let's understand such kind of situation with an example...
"Two site supervisors were working at one site. The first person, we can call as Rockey and Second person we can call as Alex. Both were very good friends and they were working on the same project for the last 2 years. If challenges came in their aisle they battered or dispel those with their intellectual capability and upturned behaviour. Because of that one day, their project manager gave a proposal for the senior supervisor but the only one could be promoted. For that, they had to go with certain tests and interviews. Alex and Rockey both wanted the post of senior supervisor because they had there some personal needs and wants. Finally, the day came and Rockey battered Alex and got the position of Senior site supervisor. Both were happy with each other. But a new rift was created between them and Alex felt awkwardness and embarrassment to do work under the best friend. Eventually, the work also got hampered because of a tussle of emotions and human behaviour."

What to do in Competitive situations??


1) Emotion Balance.
Emotion balance is the most important perspective in such kind of situation. Indeed, anxiety, emotions, stress and negative thoughts perpetually come into our mind. Such kind of versatility impacts our intellectual capability rescind the assimilating power. Predominantly such kind of behaviour makes us retaliated for our friend. To overwhelmed First, remind yourself many such kind promotions and increments are waiting for you to change your life.  Don't sit back in such kind of situations just step back and make your self more potent competent and do introspect of your self. That would be the lucrative solution to suffice our emotions, anxiety, stress and awkwardness.

2) Social Perspective.
You may not be heard or read this"Our heart health is directly proportional to our boss behaviour". Always remember that social perspective is one of important need after the shelter, food and water. Never spoil relation with others either you are promoted or not. In the office, if you have positive social connections, your burnout rate would be low as compared to an isolated person.

3) Capabilities
For any position, if the company does an internal assessment, at that time the company mostly focus on, 'how was your relations and connection' with others rather than technical and other skills. Also, they look at how solely are you responsible for your success, failure and decision-making skills.

4) Discussions.
You can discuss such kind of situation to a close person or to your parents or who don't have any relation with the situation. So that you may get some solution or take the burden off your mind or heart 

These key may be very effective in such kind situations which gives survival strength during the hard times.
