All around the world 92% of people like chocolate because chocolate has its own unique taste and people eat with a unique feel. Nowadays many chocolate manufacturers are available in the market out of them some manufacturers are preparing chocolate by hands or some of the manufacturers prepare chocolates by machine in mass quantity.

Chocolate is food derived from Theobroma cacao seeds this seeds also known as cocoa beans. Although cocoa beans are known for their powerful antioxidants. Sometimes what happens our arteries clog by fat substances because of that blood can't circulate properly. For that reason eat chocolate every day as a dessert. The dark chocolate is very good for health because it consists of a high amount of cocoa content. Most of the blood clogging related problem can be solved by drinking milk chocolate but the condition is that chocolate must consist of 70% and more  cocoa content
According to research, dark chocolate comprises cocoa flavonoids which give a beneficial effect on the circulatory system of a body. The antioxidants in dark chocolate which help boost the elasticity of blood cells, reduces the risk of high blood pressure, blood clots, strokes and heart disease.

The cocoa butter in dark chocolate consists of oleic acid, monounsaturated fat which heart friendly attribute which makes the blood denser. The cocoa consists of phenylethylamine which is a mood elevator. When we upset and someone offers chocolate and suddenly our mood get fresh and our body relieving why is it happen...?? It because of phenylethylamine in chocolate. Also the presence of flavonoids which reduces the risks related to age chronic disorder.

Yes, because chocolate has soo many antioxidants hence it is good for health. Always eat dark chocolate which makes your day brighten and make sure that the brand of chocolate that you choose must be contained 70% cocoa and grater in order.
