or service in an organization). In this hyper-competitive world, every organization wants credible people who
have multiple skills to do a job. So the organization relies on young talents.

Don't
underestimate the unenviable assignments. Because such kind of assignments gives
you the chance to show up your skills. Eventually, you can put the impression
of a reliable and hard worker employee.
4) Be Wise of communication and workload management.
Knowledge and experience take time to
cultivate. As a junior, you should manage your commitment and workload. When to
say yes and no that you should be known properly. Don't forget to take follow
up, give the conclusion of every task or assignment, and don't lose deadline
until or unless emergency.
Industry/ the corporate world won't see you as a part of your organization until or unless
