3 Reasons Why New Coaches and Consultants Fail.?

A Good coach/ Consultant can change your game but Great one can Change Your Life
JOHN WOODEN
Consultant and the coach is professional people who give an expert suggestion, opinions and advice to their clients. Among all, consultations and coaching profession is one of the most lucrative. Where people are ready to give any amount as consultant and mentor want. It happens when the consultant and coaches are well known in the market and recognized by the community.

But after some time coaches, mentors and consultants fail. There are many reasons for failures.

Here are some,

Most common traps why mentors and consultant fail after a short while.

1) Failure in Brand Building Stage

When professional people start their carrier as a mentor or consultant, that time they do their job at a lower price. Reluctantly they do this to showcase their credibility and potential in front of society, for brand building purpose.

If they fail in the brand building then there will be no chance to get the customer.

2) The Vulnerable Feeling of Failure

As a new coach and consultant the only way to get the client is to reach out to your existing contacts(Family+friends+office colleagues+Neighbourhoods). Without any track record, a new customer will not take any chance. But exiting contact (Family+friends+office colleagues+Neighbourhoods) will trust you. Because they know you and your professional skills.

But fear of rejections, vulnerable feeling of failure makes them hesitant and waiting for magical hope etc things draw them down. Eventually, they fail.

3) Follow Your Passion not Paycheck.

Those who are looking at this field as a business, they will no get long term success. Because mentoring and coaching requires creative ideas and creative sense to handle a different kind of people. Just for the sake of money, of they give irrelevant and inappropriate guidelines, it will eventually lead them to the way of failure.

So follow your passion with your own natural skills such people will get success with  most trusted client base and recognition from society.

Coaching and mentoring is not a job. In that, you re guiding someone's life. Your guidelines will decide someone future and their career. So try to avoid some common mistake which I told you. Don't focus on social accumulation just stay on a career path and give 100% in that.

Coaching and mentoring s not a job. It is Human service and It is as tough as a mission.
