Little Things You Know but Never Try to Apply.
Every organisation in this world want their employees to share their knowledge, experience and expertise with their subordinates, juniors and respective followers. Because they know very well without sharing of knowledge, the organisation won't accomplish their longterm goals. So that organisation always organise seminars for their employees, to give an understanding of knowledge sharing.
When people working in highly cognitive situations, at that time they have to process lots of information. So people are more likely to share their knowledge as well as a manager always insist to share and hide less. Still, some people don't understand the importance of knowledge sharing. They pretend like they don't know and or do fake promises to share knowledge. Such kind of behaviour knows as parsimonious behaviour

Why employees do not share their knowledge with their colleagues.?
1) Motivation
When comes to knowledge sharing, there are two types of people in this world.
1) Autonomous motivated people
Such kind of people enjoys and love to share their knowledge and experience without bothering about values, competitive advantage or disadvantages.
2) Controlled motivated
Such kind of people shares their knowledge and experience for rewards purpose, for a show-off purpose or pressure from someone etc. These people always bothered about their values, competitive advantage or disadvantages.
If the organisation have people who are very interested and feel happy to share their knowledge with their colleagues then that organisation growth would be different and profitable then other organisation. If people don't understand the importance of knowledge sharing then, for the organisation perspective it's very difficult to accomplish organisation goal.
2) Type of work
When work has ample amount of difficulty, obstacles and challenges that time people accept inwardly to share their knowledge and experience with their colleagues. So that obstacle can easily be removed and challenges will sort out easily. Because a single person can not solve all the problem he needs someone who can solve or help him to clear the way.
3) Reliability
In the project, people rely on each other. When a person knows this project member or party relay on me, naturally, they are more willing to share their experience and knowledge with them without bothering negative values
But, now people have a fear of failure, objection on knowledge, backfire of suggestion or plan and the competitive environment. So that they pretend like they don't know and or do fake promises to share knowledge. Moreover, some people prioritised their task such a way that subordinates, juniors don't get a chance to request for knowledge.

Good blog. You've not taken into account those that feel the job is in jeopardy if they give away to much knowledge.
Then there are those with huge egos that will not share because they think they will be diminished in value if they do.
Others will not share because they have a secret agenda. If they share, they fear their own needs will not be met.
Sometimes, team members are poorly chosen. They have no stake in the goal. They don't share because what they have is relevant or they think it is or they are angry for being assigned is a waste of their time.
Some bosses have high project failure rates because of a lack of knowledge sharing by people. These bosses are scuttled by those they lead badly.
Employees dont share knowledge beacause they are employess.

Maybe only time can tell, and obcourse if you know where this going to,?? it not bad to defend of caused and Time can wait, only peoples will make there own worst, for greedy of things
