In today's competitive world, academics credentials have more weight age than another credential. Today requires that aspirants must have a high school diploma then should be bachelor holder and for a white-collar job, they must have a master's degree. As per the study by one American Institute, around 75% of American cannot afford higher education because it is there out of reach.
The same condition was there in the 20th-century, people didn't have money to complete high school and bachelors and master's degree was totally out of their reach. But still many people around the globe who have no degree or having less qualification are at the top position of a company or they started a new company of their own and growing very well in the market.
The best example is Dhiru Bhai Ambani, Steve Jobs, Elen Mask etc. These guys have no degree or less qualified, but they hold the topmost position of the company and are living like legends in the market.

1) Mindset.
Graduate people have ready-made credibility which comes from academics. Which help them to easily strive in the organisation. Non-graduate has to start from scratch. Graduate people have mindset limited to industry-specific, but none graduates think way beyond the industry-specific and their credibility.
Also, the graduate's having mindset only related to the job and they want a safe hiring firm. Whereas none graduates always think about how can they give better performance to the company so that it will beneficial for the company as well as for themselves. Also, they spent an extra 40% of their time then the graduates for their development and betterment of the company.
Non-degree holder always would like to perform in the small firm rather than a big firm. The reason is, they can easily execute their own ideas and creativities than any other big organization.
2) Thirsty to Do Something Big
Non-degree holders do not have marks and certificate but inside the organization and outside the market, their performance speaks up and their voice is heavier than marks which they got in academic. They are always to thirsty to take challenges, have the courage to accept the challenges and have the courage to thrive the challenge with astonishing results. They are more dedicated and focus on their work. Their style of working defines that they have something different than others.
3) Give Importance to Values
Non-degree holder always seeks talent. They never discriminate talent and aged experience. They are always jumbled with the team and listen to the crew suggestion and prepare development plan according to that suggestion. Always follow the solitary way to achieve something goal rather than rely on another way to carry out work.
