What Are The Causes of Workplace Demotivation & How To Overcome It?

Lets, first understand what is motivation..??
Willingness to get the work done satisfactorily rather than procrastinating. As per the report Indian Society of Labour Economics, around 40% of good employees demotivated at the workplace. Here are some reasons.

Why good employees lose their motivations at the workplace..? & how to overcome that.?

****Mismatch of Values****

There are three different types of values needed for any employee to perform any task. Lets first understand what are they.?

   1)Interest Value

It means whether the employee is interested in performing the task or not..? Have they understand the  relations between tasks and things that they are going to perform or not.. as well

  2)Identity value

It's all about skills sets and ability that the employee possesses. Because skills and abilities are our true identity. Do employes have enough skills set to perform the task in any situation?

   3)Utility value 

It's all about team management and leadership skills. How an employee (Leader of employees) is able to utilize team potential to complete the task without breaking down the nose of the team as well his/her.

Values play a vital role for any employees in the workplace. If he /she fails in any of these above value s/he could not perform the task. Example, interest value. If the employee does not have the interest to perform the task but he is forcefully performing that task, perhaps he will not maintain the quality of work as well as will not be performing the task with full of attention and desire. 

Likewise, others, if an employee does not get the connection between work and things that s/he has to perform s/he will not give his/her best shot at the workplace and s/he, will be demotivated because of work pressure of unstructured task. 
(Structured task possess the correct employee and has an idea of performing the task with ready to execute team)

****Lack of confidence****

Often new employees lack the confidence to perform any task. Because s/he does not have enough information about the task, the culture of the workplace as well as less amount of social connections. Many more factors affect when a new employee joins a new workplace having no colleagues in the initial stage.

Suggestion How to boost the confidence to perform any task for new employees..?

4 things are very important.

   1)60% information about the task.
   2)Confidence.
   3) Self-efficiency ( Time+energy).
   4) Zero per cent overconfidence and no ego to seek help.

If an employee comes in the ground with above mindsets, he can prolong his success for the long run with greater success.

****Emotionally disturbance****
 When employees emotionally disturb that's when s/he can harm himself as well as others.  S/He cannot concentrate and give full focus on his work. Because emotions and feeling give stability to mind as well as hearts. 

The suggested way to overcome this trap is, czars of employees should give some time to depress employees to rejuvenate the energy for work. Give time to regain self-belief on himself etc. Often this way boost productivity after rejuvenation.

****Failure of Peculiarity****

When a human mind can't accurately find the reason of their failure or struggle that's when his/her abilities take charge to find the reason. But when abilities fail to figure out the problem that time human wholly demotivated and start losing control over the abilities as well as self-confidence.

The suggestion is, Pass, fail, success, the downturn is a part of life. We never lose control of overconfidence and self-belief.

Atm, I'm very demotivated. I bring in profits to the company, but the ppl who don't do a thing to bring in a dollar is working against sales staff. And the boss allows the weaseling because he likes the tattle take. And he enjoys demotivating the staff. If I didn't have bills to pay I would have left.

I such situations always try to do your work without listening to any comments
