There is no single way you can be the best version of your self. Everyone born with one mind, two hands and two legs. Since birth, we learn, adapt and grow abilities, strength and with that, we develop weakness.
As you know,
Everyone has some unique abilities, strength, and weaknesses. These things are modules of your version. With a combination of every module, one version is prepared. Now, just you need to customize, upgrade and add new chapters in every module. By this way, you can be the best version of your self.

What do you become the best version yourself or How to improve our self.?

1) Improve Weaknesses

The major problem to improve self or become best in your version is, to understand thoroughly your weakness. If you don't know your weakness you never be the best version of yourself. So try to identify your weakness by counselling, taking guideline from mentors and inward meditation orientation.
Whenever you turn your weakness into your strength then 60% you are the best in your self.

2) Set Your Goal and Track them

No goals, no dreams in life, it means no purpose to live life. Setting up your goal means you are giving direction to your life (Make sure your goal must be realistic). When you are setting a goal that time you start setting up your focus, accumulates your concentration and motive tour self to stick with the goal plans. So set your goal, try to achieve it and update your chapters regularly.

3)Spend 30min in Reading

Reading is the key to success. Reading increases your knowledge, focus and concentration power. If possible try to read biographies. Because through the biography you get to know others life, their failures, success mantras, abilities and weaknesses of them. So spend some time and read something that will help you to build your version.

4) Health

Make sure that you live healthy lifestyles. Means eat healthy food, do workout regularly, and take 7 to 8 hours sleep regularly. Without a healthy lifestyle, you can't focus on your goal. If you can't focus on your goal, you will fail to achieve that. If you can't achieve it, you will never set another goal in your life and eventually, your life will be stagnant.

5) Take Feedback

Without feedback, you can't see your mistakes. If you can't see and measure your mistakes, you can't improve it. When you get negative and critical the feedback that time you don't ignore just take it to prioritize your feedback and then you decide whether you want to consider or not.
